What you will do 

As the Marketing Coordinator your mission is to increase brand awareness, promote engagement, and drive acquisition efforts via social media and events. Keystone tasks will include event coordination and attendance, social media scheduling and monitoring as well as general project support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Social Media

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and implement social media calendars

  • Schedule social media content across all channels via Hubspot

  • Ensure brand and stylistic alignment of all social media posts

  • Promote engagement by monitoring and responding to all comments, mentions, and messages

  • Identify select outside content to share and promote

  • Measure and improve social media effectiveness

  • Produce and share monthly metrics reports

• Events

  • Coordinate the logistics, planning, and people to ensure successful events and trade shows

  • Create a booth experience that attracts attendees, leads to meaningful conversations and ultimately, drives sales opportunities

  • Act as the team lead on site at events to ensure we hit event goals

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to budget expenses for events to achieve ROI

  • Act as a stakeholder to help lead all Vangst Career Fest planning and execution

What you’ll need to be successful in this role 

• 1+ year(s) in a social media coordination, event planning and/or consumer marketing role

• Proficient in social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

• Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with interdepartmental teams

• Ability to work creatively, collaboratively, and independently to deliver on responsibilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate, and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness, and with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Extreme attention to detail

• Graphic design skills a plus!

• Travel requirement 25% - 30%
