The Senior Manager of Health System Marketing will work with our most-valued hospital/health system partners to develop and execute integrated, scalable and high-impact marketing programs and playbooks to drive awareness and utilization of DispatchHealth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background, a deep understanding of hospital/health system models, a knack for cultivating positive partner relationships and a gift for project management and account management. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact with a rapidly growing company by leading marketing consultation with partners and blending analytic rigor with creative and media strategy. As the Senior Manager of Health System Marketing, you will:
- Develop and foster deep relationships with top priority partners to grow the business, lead work sessions with c-level partner, sales, implementation, clinical integration and marketing teams
- Build standardized partner marketing playbooks based around complex and varying partner objectives to support sales and implementation teams with market activation
- Execute integrated campaigns with a data-first approach to optimize against goals and identify new opportunities for growth, work cross-functionally with internal digital, creative/brand, comms and data teams
- Work with the sales, partner strategy and success team and marketing team to develop processes for account management and performance analysis
- Identify marketing/communications opportunities to drive patient and provider awareness and engagement; work with creative team to improve messaging and develop materials
- Refresh and refine our turnkey hospital/health system partner marketing toolkits
- Amplify partner success stories through case studies and identify thought leadership opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 7+ years marketing experience; experience in agency or health system environment
- Strong business judgment: ability to quickly understand business drivers for DispatchHealth partners and effectively communicate DispatchHealth’s value proposition
- Outstanding planning and organization skills, with demonstrated experience managing complex projects
- Creative skillset; attention to detail and experience in working with design teams to ensure brand alignment
- Data analytics and reporting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple projects against a timeline
- Must exhibit peer leadership skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership
