POSITION SUMMARY
As the influencer marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways and AdAction is leading the charge. We are seeking a Manager, Influencer Success & Strategy to take lead on multiple projects and champion the planning, execution, deliverables and optimizations with our base of influencers. The successful candidate has experience developing influencer marketing strategies for key social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
The successful candidate will create engaging content to inspire and strategize with our influencer base and drive success for our wide array of advertisers and campaigns. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope. This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation of our Influencer Success function with the potential to lead a team as we grow. This is a vital and exciting role for our business that will help solidify our footprint in this rapidly growing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and create engaging and customize content to promote campaigns and ensure our influencers/creators deliver maximum value to our advertisers and their target audience.
- Work in a fast paced, creative environment and collaborate cross functionally to ensure influencer marketing supports overall advertiser goals.
- Regularly communicate with influencers to foster strong relationships and strong understanding of advertisers products and objectives.
- Film, produce, edit, and deliver short-form videos on tight deadlines.
- Iterate and take concept and design feedback quickly, including internal feedback and client feedback and revisions.
- Actively advocate for best practices for promoting campaigns and give strategic guidance to influencers.
- Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital influencer activity across social platforms.
- Consistently demonstrates intellectual curiosity; challenging the status quo, regularly pitching new, or out of box, influencer or campaign opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably within Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience within influencer marketing and social media. Must provide links to social media accounts or portfolios demonstrating experience.
- Deep understanding of influencers, creators, content and social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Creative, resourceful, and willing to bring new ideas for influencer campaigns and partnership to the table.
- Keen aesthetic sense and eye for quality content.
- Ability to self manage your time -- brainstorming, creating and editing content within tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable about current trends on social media and the industry as a whole.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must.
