Head of Growth, Marketing Operations
This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build the go-to-market growth infrastructure at a small, profitable startup with significant revenue growth. We’re looking for a very senior-level individual contributor who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and can take full ownership of our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial; approaches problems with an engineering and data mindset; and is passionate about marketing, technology, and operational excellence.

You’ll work with these teams to make sure the right data infrastructure is in place; help design and execute growth experiments; and proactively optimize the efficiency of our go-to-market teams.
As this is the first go-to-market operations hire at Printfection, you get to help us define what world-class growth operations should look like, ensure things are built correctly the first time, and enjoy full support from two analytical, data-driven co-founders who have your back and believe in this!

A Bit About Our Culture
Our culture is fairly autonomous; emphasizing trust, responsibility, and results. We’re still early-stage, but our culture is more “mature” than some of our peers. We trust you to manage your own time, decide when and how much vacation to take, etc. You’re empowered to fully own your area of responsibility, make mistakes, and learn as you go. Even though we’re all independent people, there’s a high degree of support and collaboration amongst the team. Everyone really cares and is here to win. Of course, with great freedom comes great responsibility. You’ll be held to a high standard. We expect you to produce real, measurable results. No squishy goals!
