Arryved Inc. is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Service for craft breweries, restaurants and other craft destinations. We operate in hundreds of establishments across the country, with many of the top craft establishments using our platform. You've probably seen our system in use at craft destinations nationwide—or maybe you've used the Arryved mobile app yourself. At our core we use software to build excellent customer experiences on both sides of the counter, from being the central hub of the restaurant/taproom and back-of-house, to online sales and mobile guest experiences. We believe that nothing is worth doing unless it aligns with your customer experience and is done right, no matter the cost.
About You
Are you organized, analytical and process driven? Do you know how to balance the art and science of marketing? If yes, we are looking to hire a Growth Marketer.
We also want someone as passionate about service as we are, and equally as passionate about connecting with customers who need and benefit from our products.
Must Haves
3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing
Strong understanding of and experience in Enterprise SaaS marketing
Outstanding written and verbal skills
Highly organized, structured and process driven
Experimentation mindset with the ability to design, execute and measure growth marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently
Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
Able to manage multiple competing priorities
Comfortable learning new tools and technology
Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to integrate and work well with a team
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, building formulas, and analyzing data
Expectations
Perform detailed market analysis based on existing and potential product and product/market fit
Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
Generate detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
Use your intelligence, experience, creativity, and organizational skills to solve problems with minimum input from others
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and test new ad themes, including writing copy, identifying best practices for landing pages, and developing new creative iterations
Nice to Have
Experience with POS Systems
Industry experience in Craft Beverage or Restaurant
Experience with Pipedrive, WordPress and Zoho
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe suite, Canva or other
Basic knowledge of credit card processing
Details
Headquarters in Boulder CO. We are open to applicants anywhere in the US.
You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.
Salary is FTE $60,000 - $90,000 DOE
