  • Develop regional event campaign strategy, decision-making, and either in-person onsite management or clear coordination with Business Development and Sales on successful event execution.
  • Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.

The Right Stuff

  • 6+ years of event and field marketing experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in demand generation or acquisition marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  • Expertise in event and field marketing and demonstrated understanding of how to use three or more marketing channels, including email, branding, content, video, etc. to amplify field efforts
  • Experience with CRM data (Salesforce preferred), pulling reports, and tracking the sales funnel. Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Marketo preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to get up to speed fast, solve problems, influence decision makers, and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills with a testing mindset.
  • Curiosity and creativity to develop new approaches while ensuring our brand voice and positioning remain consistent.
  • Ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and a strong belief that the buck stops with you.
  • Collaborative and flexible, thriving on quick execution and robust project management.
  • Strong communicator able to clearly convey key findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail.
