Director of Product Marketing
Ibotta is looking for a Director of Product Marketing who will manage the launch, strategy, and execution of new products or business lines in concert with the marketing team and wider organization. As one of the fastest growing apps in the US, we are frequently experimenting with new product initiatives and their success will have a meaningful impact on the overall growth of the company. The Director of Product Marketing will own the marketing efforts to successfully launch these innovative programs and will work collaboratively across the organization in a highly visible role. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and excellent communication skills.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assess the competitive landscape and identify strategies to develop products and go-to-market in innovative ways
- Develop marketing plans to support the introduction of innovative new features and products
- Manage the product go-to-market process, product messaging and positioning
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of new products to consumers
- Work side-by-side with product and marketing teams to develop and communicate product launch strategy
Here is what we are looking for:
- 6-8+ year’s experience in product marketing, product management, or customer-facing experience in mobile marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience leading a team of up to 4 people
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
- A solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle and customer segmentation
- Strong people leadership skills
