About the Role

Aclymate is looking for an experienced leader to own our external marketing and branding efforts. This role is responsible for all aspects of marketing: strategic direction, creative development, and operational execution. This person will serve as both strategist and creative problem solver, responsible for building comprehensive campaigns and marketing programs that attract and engage new customers, sharing Aclymate’s story effectively, and dictating our communication strategy. You will define and evolve our value proposition, customer experience, pricing and promotion, and lifecycle management for our SMB customers.  You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to drive Aclymate’s presence in the marketplace and will report directly to the CEO. This role will be our Company’s point person for driving the achievement of subscriber and revenue targets.

You will leverage your experience, the voice of the customer, and technology enablers, to set policy, process, pricing and offer structure, customer segmentation and go-to-market approaches. We are looking for an agile marketing leader who can come in and optimize our end-to-end go-to-market approach.

  • Design, drive, and execute a marketing strategy across all channels, including growing our B2B customer acquisitions, enabling B2B sales, driving B2B awareness, and fully owning our customer-focused voice
  • Design and deliver innovative content to help drive top of funnel through robust demand generation strategy
  • Manage the company website and social medial presence to attract and fulfill B2B clients; Ensure content, design and functionality drives lead capture for the organization
  • Collaborate with Sales to grow lead generation opportunities and develop tools, collateral, and presentations to empower the business to scale
  • Manage, track, and report on marketing performance and budgeting, while using data and analytics to continually improve demand outcomes and evaluate campaign ROI

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a brand marketing or creative strategy role with focus on B2B sales and a track record of results; experience in the areas of small & medium-sized businesses and/or climate is a strong positive
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate, measure, translate, and manage large-scale brand campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability and an ability to make data-driven decisions including working with data analysts to drive ROI reporting
  • Track record of end-to-end process management from strategic marketing planning to execution
  • Demonstrated brand management, media placement, and website management experience
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and a desire to be a part of our mission to create the tools that tackle climate change.
  • Other related duties as required.
  • Though we have a hybrid office environment, the ability to work in our Denver office is a strong plus
