Summary:
We are looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Manager to drive the paid digital and paid social marketing strategy and execution. This position will partner with Demand Gen as well as various cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative, Web Production, Marketing Operations, and Corporate Marketing) to manage digital experiences from inception through execution for integrated campaigns and account based marketing (ABM) programs.
The ideal candidate will have proven digital marketing expertise, strong program and project management capabilities, and hands-on experience working directly with online advertising platforms (Google Adwords, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Adroll).
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategy and execution for paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting.
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams of stakeholders, writers, designers, and web developers to create, execute, and maintain digital experiences.
- Responsible for ad copy writing and editing for search ads and promoted social posts that deliver high engagement rates.
- Own the entire metrics stack for digital efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation, effectiveness of spend, and influence on bookings.
- Lead multivariate A/B testing and other optimization efforts to deliver increased digital performance, above industry benchmarks.
- Oversee a large digital advertising budget.
- Maintain and report weekly performance dashboards against KPIs for management review.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and incremental business growth potential. Develop business cases, gain endorsement, and execute.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in a hands-on role leading paid search and paid social campaigns at an agency or with a B2B organization.
- “Power user” experience with enterprise web analytics tools (Google Analytics), Paid Search (Google, Bing), Programmatic Buys (AdRoll), and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) is required.
- Must have a data-driven mindset.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to come up with innovative solutions; while delivering against tight budgets and deadlines.
- Expert program and project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to problem solve, lead, influence, and motivate others.
- Experience working directly with cross-functional stakeholders within the marketing team.
- Enterprise software and/or B2B marketing experience highly desirable.
- Marketo, Salesforce and unbounce experience a huge plus.
