Job Description

As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will research, plan and coordinate the content strategies for multiple brands across SMB and ENT markets in the fitness software industry. You are highly-organized, quick to adapt, a self-starter, and an excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for doing what it takes to become an expert on fitness business management.

In this role, you will...

• Create personas for all product lines identifying gaps and opportunities
• Become an expert on content quality, conversion rates and provide recommendations to social media and email marketing specialists to improve campaigns
• Collaborate directly with SEM Specialist to ensure SEO best practices are being followed and to generate new content ideas
• Drive leads directly to the sales team, train them on content, and collaborate with them to ensure maximum lead quality and conversion
• Become the voice of all product lines and the owner of their external brand
• Manage the brand criteria for multiple product lines
• Ensure content writing and strategy best practices are followed
• Stay up-to date on content writing trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• Expert writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to do critical thinking and research
• Extremely organized
• Project management experience
• Experience working across teams and multiple strategies
• Ability to tie success back to ROI and communicating that success to team members
• HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Suite are all a plus
