Job Description
As Community Coordinator you will be tasked with ongoing Community development, supporting the publisher engagement team and maintaining a strong presence on Sovrn’s social channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support Community growth efforts on a daily basis by completing focused tasks and projects
- Guide and partner with the internal team to utilize and participate in the Community
- Ensure that the Community guidelines are being followed and moderate posts as needed
- Create or identify Sovrn and non-Sovrn specific content that can drive engagement in the Community
- Facilitate online conversations with users in the Community and respond to queries
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
- Design posts via social media to engage readers and create buzz around the Community and Sovrn
- Report on online reviews and feedback from publishers and fans
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective users through programs like promotions and competitions
- Assist in development of weekly newsletter
- Keep up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with occasional changing priorities
- Knowledge/Experience in ad serving or other advertising technology systems a plus
- Familiarity with current ad tech landscape and Sovrn’s place and value proposition in the market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of social media uses for management of brands
- Knack for seeing and staying ahead of trends
- Analytical skills to interpret web traffic and online engagement metrics
