About this role
The mission of the Business Operations Associate (CRM Administrator/Integrator) is to support cross-functional integration, standardization and optimization of the CRM and other business software solutions being utilized across SonderMind. The primary role is to act as a centralized business-minded and technically proficient resource for the existing CRM deployment to ensure it is configured and integrated with other 3rd party applications for optimal use. This individual will enable and support each department’s users to ensure data integrity in integrations, workflows, and departmental-driven reporting. This role should also proactively identify and recommend new tools or approaches to help drive outcomes needed to scale our business. And finally, as a core member of our fast growing Business Operations group, this individual will help drive Business Operations forward through any and all additional projects as assigned or identified.
OUTCOMES
- 2 weeks: Audit and gain an organizational comprehension of CRM, SonderMind database, and all other 3rd party platforms in use. Map out data flow between platforms. Administer user access rights for the whole organization and support training and onboarding where needed.
- 1 month: Improve new employee onboarding time by 1 week as measured by the time it takes each new employee to get appropriate access and gain proficiency with all relevant systems for their job function. In partnership with each department, define onboarding, training plan and clear roles and responsibilities for what lives within Business Operations vs. what lives within each department.
- 3 months: Improve Provider Recruitment and Provider Onboarding and Activation times by 20% by supporting dashboard data integrity and developing recommendations for any new functionality or modifications to ensure effective workflows, integrations and data are driving optimized real-time business decisions.
- 4-6 months: Develop and implement recommendations for larger-scale CRM and business software usage to support company scaling efforts. These may include - new business software implementations, data warehousing integrations or recommendations, additional optimizations of each tool, or new identified roles and responsibilities within Business Operations or each department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness moving forward
GOTTA HAVE:
- Deep CRM experience
- Marketing automation experience
- Interest and desire to learn and understand new business software
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to lay out a process map and communicate it effectively to other stakeholders
- Extreme attention to and enjoyment of detail
- Learn and process new information quickly
- Ability to balance competing needs across departments and stakeholders to drive towards the best outcome
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- Experience with FreshWorks, Hubspot, GetAccept, ZenDesk, Zapier to name a few
