Account Manager

As a part of the Client Strategy Team, this role is integral in helping to deliver digital marketing expertise to our clients. Through reporting, day-to-day management, and campaign optimizations, this role will work to build and maintain successful client relationships.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Strategy Team with day-to-day management of campaign status, optimizations, and execution
- Assist in the creation of regular, timely, and insightful reporting for internal marketing stakeholders
- Ensure that paid digital efforts are effectively meeting planned marketing KPIs assigned deadline
- Execute advertising placements, budgeting and creative on social media and meta search channels
- Compile and deliver monthly client reporting
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
- Track and manage project deadlines for client deliverables
- Prepare account service related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, SOWs and other internal and external communications and correspondence
- Collect and analyze Google Analytics reports
- Manage direct relationships with a minimum of 5 (five) clients with limited support from an Account Executive
- Assist Account Executives with the development of marketing plans and strategies
- Develop and execute on internal initiatives for the Client Strategy team to impact internal efficiencies and and client relationships
- Has an integral role in client communications and is an active participant in marketing meetings with book of accounts
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest
- Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
- Comfortable knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
- Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
- Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be well organized, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail
- Must be a confident, flexible, multitasker, and be able to work independently
