We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our marketing team at automotiveMastermind.  This position will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution and measurement of highly targeted B2B marketing programs in close partnership with sales, including intelligence gathering, account prioritization, targeted messaging/content, campaign planning and activation with targeted accounts to support specific sales objectives and generate sales pipeline.

 

This position requires the ability to think analytically, be a self-starter, work collaboratively and have the right alchemic balance between project management, creative, and technical skills. To be successful in this position, you must possess a high level of initiative, with a results-oriented and project management mindset to be able to multi-task while rolling with the punches in a super-fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Build and launch our account-based marketing, or named account, campaign program’s process
  • Create specific targeted account campaigns through multiple channels including email, paid and organic digital, direct mail, website and more
  • Develop and map multi-touch campaigns, creating a nurture stream to warm targeted accounts down the sales funnel to grow the volume of qualified leads and generate sales pipeline
  • Craft dynamic, personalized marketing messages upon gathering and analyzing statistical and contextual data; creating marketing copy for emails, landing pages, ads and more
  • Ensure the campaigns will help drive measurable results in targeted account penetration and account relationship progression, as well as shape brand awareness within the accounts
  • Project-manage multiple campaigns of various sizes, with multiple stakeholders involved
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track and optimize campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and own the campaign start to finish, including post-mortems

 

Who we’re looking for: 

  • 2+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
  • You are highly organized, with strong planning and communications skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration across teams is crucial to success
  • You are a driven and engaged marketer with a successful track record of developing campaigns through a targeted omnichannel approach, and understand pipeline management and metrics
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, but even stronger interpersonal skills
  • You have experience partnering with different marketing and sales teams to collaborate and align on deliverables to execute campaigns successfully
  • You demonstrate critical thinking with the proven ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in tactical execution
  • You’re a proactive, positive, and high-initiative team player with the ability to collaborate, but also work independently
  • Salesforce experience strongly desired, Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform basic knowledge is a plus, Sendoso or similar gifting platform experience is a plus
