Job Title: Lead Consultant, Adobe Analytics

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Adswerve is looking for a Lead Consultant, Adobe Analytics to join the Analytics Services Team! The ideal candidate must have strong Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementation experience, or equivalent experience in similar platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium Tag Management System. The Lead Consultant will handle advanced projects and provide mentorship to other team members as needed. This person will build and implement new solutions for clients through technical and strategic thinking, leading webinars and client discovery calls.

This position will spend 65% of their time on client interactions, 10% mentoring, 15% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.


  • Tactically and strategically complete multiple large implementations Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Optimizely for clients with minimal oversight and lead client engagements from the implementation and analysis perspective
  • Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
  • Lead larger, more sophisticated client projects, connecting various moving parts to other technical solutions or tools
  • Interacts with clients with a proactive approach, taking into consideration many different tools or solutions in a forward thinking way that helps connect multiple platforms and solutions
  • Provides specific tailored solutions to each client, thinking creatively
  • Develops strategic roadmaps, working collaboratively across multiple teams in order to development more projects/solutions
  • Guides and mentors Sr. Consultants to produce high quality work, providing feedback as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • 5+ Years experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely
  • Project management and technical analytics implementation experience
  • Proven client communication skills, leading projects and acting as the main point of contact
  • Data visualization (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with other technical marketing platforms (e.g., Website Architecture, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium), Mobile Apps, Consent Management, Adobe Analytics, Looker) and / or cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.

This position pays a base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
