As a University Recruitment Programs intern you’ll literally have a hand in shaping our internship program. From event planning and coordination to internal communications to building brand awareness via social media campaigns, this role will make an impact. You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisitions team, working directly with recruiters, hiring managers and the employer brand team. This is a great opportunity to experience first-hand how a global TA organization functions as you help to grow and expand our early career talent programs.

Job Scope:
Plan and execute internship program events and networking opportunities, gather feedback on events
Build brand awareness on social media through current intern cohort, create and assist in content creating for our various social media channels to promote recruitment and employer brand
Prepare and maintain University Relations related reports, statistics, and metrics, and package for distribution to relevant leadership
Create an engaging environment for current interns
Compile recruiting insights by executing roundtables and surveys to analyze data and find opportunities for program improvement
Assist university relations team with research and collaboration of external diversity partner organizations & recruitment activities.
Maintain database of college faculty, career centers, university liaisons, and external partners for campus recruiting strategy
Administrative tasks include helping update spend/budget reports, compiling intern and hiring manager insights, ordering and distributing SWAG materials, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be a current Student at junior, or senior level for Bachelors degree (Masters candidates with be considered as well)
Strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious
Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong attention to detail
Quick learner who thrives in a fast paced environment, ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft office tools/programs, Google suite
Previous work, volunteer, internship, or clubs experience is a plus
Experience in project management is a plus
Passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce with an interest in diversity & inclusion and employer branding
Learning Skills/Outcomes:
You will gain valuable skills and learn how a corporate university program runs from ground up
Hands on work with planning events, gathering data, creating presentations, and visibility to senior executives as well as attendance to all leadership presentations, lunch and learns, and social events that enhance the program
Intern will receive training, as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from a dedicated member of our team
Have a meaningful impact on the success of current internship program as well as on the improvement of future programs
Availability:
Part-time [12-week internship]
Must be available to start either February 8, 2022 or February 15, 2022

If you are hired in Colorado, the hourly rate for compensation ranges between $28 and $30 per hour for part-time employees. The rate may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
