As the New Hire Training intern, you will be a part of the FLIGHT Plan team within the Global Digital Learning & Enablement organization. You will have a focus on global new hire training and development and will have the opportunity to collaborate with departments across both the company and around the globe. The team is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to support the New Hire Training team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

Job Scope:
Helping with the logistics of the New Hire Training program globally
Assisting with communications to hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires
Assisting in cohort coordination each week including creating rosters, invites, attendance, and troubleshooting
Scheduling of facilitators for Ground Training globally
Collecting, organizing, interpreting, and reporting data from new hire program
Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Communications, teaching, business, hospitality, or other related major
Some experience in a remote office environment preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly-adaptable to ever changing priorities

Part-time [12-week internship]
Must be available to start either February 8, 2022 or February 18, 2022
