The Microsoft Go-To-Market Intern works closely with members from our Pax8 Microsoft Team, Market Development, and Marketing teams to produce deliverables that support our Microsoft go-to-market planning and strategy.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):
- Contribute to our evolving visual identity and design high-quality marketing collateral according to brand standards/guides for Microsoft GTM strategy
- Create partner enablement materials for partner facing events like Bootcamp, Pax8 Academy LMS courses, & readiness for Microsoft changes and implementations
- Effectively communicate our brand identity and ensure testability of all assets by showcasing the better together story of Pax8 + Microsoft
- Brainstorm and contribute to discussions on marketing, assets, digital events, and partner enablement training
- Organize and clean up files in Microsoft Teams and Pax8 Vendor SharePoint
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments while balancing involved stakeholders and anticipating needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Teams
- Passion for design and excitement to be a part of a rapidly growing, award-winning company
- Highly organized with an eye for detail, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and ability to demonstrate self-awareness
- Manages ambiguity while continuing to instill trust throughout other teams
- Willingness to take on new challenges with a sense of urgency
Required Education & Certifications:
- Pursuing a B.A./B.S. in related field
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $13/ hour or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
