The Internal IT Intern helps maintain, and manage our Microsoft365 platform as well as our IT Online Infrastructure. He/she is physically present in the Denver Corporate Office and is responsible for helping install and configure software and troubleshoot issues.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Supports a Physical audit of all Pax8 assets
• Assists Internal IT with other IT efforts as required
• Provides Technical support to users via various methods including a ticketing system
• Addresses questions or concerns form Pax8 users
• Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to IT and M365 platform
• Holds informal training and informational sessions to tech employees how to use systems maintained by Internal IT

• Sharp, disciplined, self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project
• We have a need to help with daily Service-Now tickets and someone that is not afraid to dig into a ticket, find the issue, resolve it and help an internal customer with it.
• Major project that we need to complete this summer is a Physical audit of all Pax8 assets in the environment. Your job would be to walk around, visit with users and verify the inventory in their possession as well as affix an asset tag while recording all assets in ServiceNow
• Must be extremely precise and extremely detail oriented

Required Education & Certifications:

• Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
• Must reside in CO

Compensation:

• A qualified candidate can expect to make $17/hr, 30 hours/week

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
