The Internal IT Intern helps maintain, and manage our Microsoft 365 platform as well as our IT Online Infrastructure. The intern is physically present in the Denver Corporate Office, and is responsible for helping install and configure software and troubleshoot issues.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Supports a Physical audit of all Pax8 assets
• Assists Internal IT with other IT efforts as required
• Provides Technical support to users via various methods including a ticketing system
• Addresses questions or concerns form Pax8 users
• Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to IT and M365 platform
• Holds informal training and informational sessions to tech employees how to use systems maintained by Internal IT
• Major project- Physical audit of all Pax8 assets in the environment. This includes visiting with users and verifyng the inventory in their possession as well as affix an asset tag while recording all assets in ServiceNow.

Required Education & Certifications:

• Pursuing a B.S./B.A. degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Must be local to Colorado
