Interested in Instructional Design, Learning & Enablement, or Sales Enablement? The Curriculum Design Intern will develop skills in collaborating, creating and reviewing content. You will have the opportunity to work with our curriculum design team to analyze and strategize our movement forward in the collaboration space. Job Scope:
Assist DL&E Curriculum Design team in analysis and strategy activities
Review content for multiple pre- and post-sales audiences
Map content coverage across RingCentral products and audiences
Collaborate with others to identify opportunities to leverage existing content
Collaborate with others to develop content and design strategies
Qualifications:
Junior or Senior year in college
Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Able to quickly learn and understand technical topics
Able to write clear, concise documentation
Able to simplify and organize information that is complex and disorganized
Proficient creating spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
Learning Skills/Outcomes:
Experience participating on a cross-functional, multinational design and development team
An opportunity to own a project, with the help of mentors and teammates
An introduction to the goals, challenges, systems, and processes common to large learning organizations
Practical experience, skills development, mentoring, and coaching for a candidate considering a career in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement
Availability:
Part-time [12-week internship]
Must be available to start either February 8, 2022 or February 15, 2022
