Job Scope:
The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating training, technical writing and content documentation to support the Professional Services department within Ring Central. They would support documenting key process and highlighting best practices to help promote creating an optimal customer experience through Professional Services implementations. They would be able to leverage their skills with content writing as well as creativity to design high profile proof of concepts, training materials, customer testimonials, end user education, trade show vignettes, etc. to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be in Denver, CO area for the Summer
- Undergraduate student majoring in a Journalism, Mass Communications, or similar concentration
- Highly collaborative with technical aptitude and project management skills
- Background in copywriting, content creation and management of content
- Capable of taking complex content and making it easy to understand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team setting within corporate culture
- Technical or Services background is ideal, but not required
Availability:
- Full-time, throughout summer of 2019 [10 week internship]
- Must be available to start either June 11th or June 25th
