It is your responsibility to take care of everything related to our Denver and San Diego offices, including our amazing staff. Along with providing a world class employee experience,  you will work with the building management, and third-party vendors to maintain the working environment. Your ability to improvise and willingness to take on new responsibilities will both be keys to your success in this role.

What you will be doing….

  • Assist employees and customers in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner - both in person and remote methods.
  • Provide professional, timely, courteous and accurate service to employees, vendors and customers.
  • Answer questions and solve problems independently by utilizing a variety of resources and research methods.
  • Calendar management, including scheduling of appointments across multiple time zones, arranging rooms, video conferences,, routing meeting agendas and key documents
  • Perform general office duties as required, including internal logistics, internal problem-solving, ordering and receiving incoming shipping and more as needed.
  • Plan and manage employee engagement events for HCP including in-person board meetings and all staff team/culture building events. 
  • Manage office space – key contact for building management and oversee all aspects of employee office space and moves. 
  • Serve as point of contact for Denver- and San Diego-based staff as relates to HCP facilities regarding building policies and work to be done or maintenance issues; IT & Telecommunications regarding purchased employee equipment; other vendors as needed.
  • Ensure facilities are always maintained in proper working order and that repairs and maint
  • Support Exec team as needed for travel planning, expenses and meetings organization.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, safe, healthy, productive, and uninterrupted work environment.

Who you are….

  • 2+ years fast-paced administrative experience required 
  • Highly skilled with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with Slack and Zoom. OS agnostic. Skills with any other software/technology is a plus.
  • Adept with with computers and AV equipment in general
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (40+ pounds).
  • Applicants must live in the Denver metro area and must be able to work in person 8a-4p / 3-4 days per week and/or as the business needs require.
  • Highly Organized
  • Be able to learn quickly and give/follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: $50-60k;­ Annual Bonus Potential + Equity

Location

We are actively hiring in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO. Majority of our employees work remotely but we have an office in the RINO district if employees choose to come in.
