About Our Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner and member of the People & Culture team, you are one of the first connections our candidates have with OpenTable. You serve as an ambassador for our organization, and you help bring hospitality, a core tenet of our culture, to life for our them.

  • We play a key role in building partnerships with key partners to support OpenTable's collaborative approach to recruiting
  • Ensure key stakeholders understand critical steps in the recruiting process
  • Foster long-term relationships and provide an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Run full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, in your designated client group, matching company requirements
  • We partner with leadership and team in developing elite recruiting methodologies
  • Meet or exceed hiring and key performance indicator goals
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to handle requisitions in our applicant tracking system
  • This role will mainly support Sales but will flex into other functions as the needs of the business warrant.

About You

You demonstrate a client service bias, meeting and even anticipating client needs. You take accountability for customer happiness, asking questions to clarify or confirm key information, demonstrating grit in sticky situations and resolving issues with clarity and discretion. Your can-do attitude trumps even the most complex challenges.

You bring exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills. You're known for your strong planning and organization orientation; you're responsive and focused on quality. You maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high sense of urgency with a proven attention to detail.

Your experience and education:

  • Demonstrated excellence in sourcing talent in the dedicated business with an emphasis in driving passive candidates to assigned requisitions
  • Strong fluency in managing large talent pipelines utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite), Google Docs, MS Office
  • 3+ years of experience handling full life-cycle recruiting
  • Minimum 1 year of specific experience recruiting for high volume Sales and Customer Support positions
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA/BS degree preferred
