Responsibilities:

This role will have individual contributor responsibilities along with project ownership opportunities. Supervising other team members is not required. The position will impact recruiting needs for the following groups: Custom Application Development (Microsoft and Open Source), Digital Solutions, and Mobile Solutions. Other responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Credera’s Recruiting team and Senior Leadership to identify effective sourcing strategies
  • Determine deliverables, map out timelines, and provide a formal tracking process to Practice Leaders to set and manage expectations
  • Learn the Credera story to effectively excite and sell top talent and build long-term relationships
  • Thoroughly investigate job openings to understand the requirements beyond a list of key search terms
  • Actively target and pursue candidates for full-time consulting roles in Dallas, Denver and/or Houston with a strong focus on passive candidates not in the job market
  • Utilize and continually research various sourcing techniques to identify top passive talent (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Boolean, Job Boards, Networking, Referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and effectively communicate candidate strengths and any potential weaknesses to Practice Leaders and Senior Leadership
  • Participate in and lead special projects and recruiting initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience
  • Proven results in developing and executing passive sourcing strategies including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Technical Sites, Job Boards, Networking, Event Participation, Referrals)
  • Background in corporate/internal recruiting for technology and/or consulting industries required
  • Proven ability to creatively attract top passive performers in the industry
  • Experienced recruiting technology professionals highly preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable employment and immigration laws
  • Experience creating and improving job descriptions
  • Experience using Applicant tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or equivalent
