We are searching for a Technical Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, who can take ownership of our Technical roles!

What does a Technical Recruiter do at Cyber GRX?

The primary responsibility for the Technical Recruiter is to identify qualified Technical talent for our open positions, using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, Hired, and additional resources as needed.

What skills you bring to the table:

* You have experience (2-3 years) recruiting awesome Technical talent for rapidly growing organizations.

* You understand different technical roles and the skills and experience needed to be successful.

* You have an established network of technical talent and proven track record of sourcing and/or recruiting passive candidates.

* You are super passionate about creating a best in class candidate experience.

* You love identifying and reaching out to passive candidates to present a better opportunity.

* You thrive working in a fast-paced start-up.

* You are not intimidated by deadlines and love to hit goals.
