How you’ll make an impact
By ensuring our teams in the US and Canada attract, assess and engage the best go to market talent. You will work closely with an assigned portfolio of hiring managers, creating a talent experience that delights and inspires our key customers - internally and externally. You will develop innovative methods to source talent, lead and embrace growth and change, and be a key champion for the Xero brand externally.
Success looks like
- Owning and managing end-to-end talent acquisition functions for specified go-to-market teams in the Americas
- Collaborating closely with the Talent team - in region and globally
- Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers to ensure recruitment campaigns are managed in a timely and effective manner
- Attracting high-caliber passive talent through innovative sourcing campaigns, platforms and initiatives
What you'll do
- Plan and execute recruitment activity to ensure top talent is sourced from active and passive candidate markets
- Educate and advise hiring managers on best practice hiring techniques
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to cultivate top talent and build talent pipelines
- Represent Xero in the market in a way that exemplifies Xero values and creates a #beautiful talent experience
- Work closely with the Americas People Experience team to coordinate induction and onboarding
- Organize and attend events and meetups to raise awareness of Xero vacancies and the profile of Xero as an employer of choice

What you'll bring with you - Experience
- Experience recruiting or coordinating recruitment for a dynamic and diverse portfolio of roles, preferably in a high-growth global business
- Some experience of attracting high quality passive candidates
- An understanding of recruitment systems and sourcing platforms
- Experience participating in cross-functional projects

Total compensation for this role includes a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus an annual grant of Xero shares calculated as a percentage of base salary.
