We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Denver based team.As Talent Acquisition Partner you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Company's resource strategy for our quickly growing team. This position will work in partnership with HR and hiring managers at all levels of the organization.

  • Full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, reference checking, salary negotiation and extending offers.
  • Follow up with all candidates throughout the hiring process, ask for referrals, and use a database to track and build a solid network of technical candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
  • Exercise a wide degree of creativity, near-term and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization.
  • Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify qualified applicants through the use of job boards and other methods. Provide recommendations on PointsBet overall Talent Strategy.
  • Schedule panel interviews and customize behavioral interview guides.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Attend networking events and participate in career fairs to promote company recognition.
  • Identify job boards, industry associations, and college programs to partner with.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • The ability to track and report metrics regarding recruiting activity and in compliance with company policy and procedures, federal and state laws.


SKILLS WE SEEK

  • 3+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting.
  • Experience supporting a rapidly growing company highly preferred with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards highly preferred.
  • Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience.
  • The ability to network and identify active and passive candidates, whose interest in new opportunities requires relationship building and trust.
  • Ability to constantly multi-task and prioritize projects at hand.
  • Accountability focused on results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional social skills and ability to meet, interview and assess people.
  • A team player that understands the value of working collaboratively with other members of the team.
  • Work ethic, follows through, is accountable, acts with clear sense of ownership, and takes responsibility.
  • Workplace savvy, works well with others, is self-aware and open to criticism, builds constructive relationships.
  • Nimble learner, learns quickly, experiments to find new solutions, takes on challenges.

The 17,000 square foot PointsBet office located in the LoDo area of downtown Denver balances Scandinavian design with inspiration from the many sports that help power the PointsBet product. Our offices are conveniently located within a short walking distance from Union Station.
