What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do at CyberGRX?
As a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the People Operations Business Partner and work closely with the People Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more experience in corporate recruiting/talent acquisition.
What a day in the life looks like:
- You will support Talent Acquisition’s various administrative functions.
- You’ll coordinate and schedule phone screens, phone interviews, and onsite interviews with People Ops Business Partner and Hiring Managers.
- You will own certain communications from Greenhouse (our Applicant Tracking System) to applicants.
- You’ll source passive and active candidates through Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and various other resources.
- You will engage with passive and active candidates for opportunities with CyberGRX.
- You’ll manage and monitor background checks and communicate with candidates at various stages.
- You will greet our candidates and get them settled into interview rooms for onsite interviews.
- You’ll upload candidate resumes into Greenhouse and move them through stages of our interviewing/hiring process.
- You will learn all of the tricks of the trade to become an excellent recruiter.
- You’ll own various other administrative duties to support the continued growth of Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
- You will participate in special projects, recruiting initiatives, and networking events.
What you bring to the table:
- You have at least 2 years of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team or Recruiter(s).
- You genuinely love supporting people and have a strong desire to continually improve processes and experiences.
- You have some experience sourcing candidates and resumes on social media platforms, or at least want to learn how to do that.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
- You have a passion for Candidate Experience and want to contribute to making our interview/hiring process a World Class experience.
- You have a desire to get into recruitment and have a hunger to learn the skills.
- Bonus skill – You’ve worked in Greenhouse before.
