Position Overview:
Looking to support Alteryx’s transformational growth? The Talent Acquisition team is hiring coordinators, sourcers, recruiters, and leaders! We are seeking builders and owners who can help us scale and elevate our practices. The recruiting team is passionate about equitable and inclusive practices, attracting high-performing talent, and delivering breakthrough candidate experiences. The Early in Career team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will:
Help build the foundation for early in career talent at Alteryx which includes workforce development programs like internships, returnships, entry-level rotational programs, and more
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule a high volume of virtual/on-site interviews for various departments across multiple locations both regionally and globally
Help plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person recruiting events so we can attract diverse, high-performing talent
Assist with and coordinate on-boarding, engagement, and off-boarding activities for early in career talent
Curate and drive a positive, memorable recruiting experience throughout the process for both candidates and hiring teams
Support the building and implementation of a brand strategy for early in career programs
Manage and oversee the early in career swag program
Required Skills:
Previous coordination or administrative support experience
Creative approach to talent management (e.g., recruiting events, intern engagement activities, designing collateral, managing swag programs, etc.)
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and tools
Valued Skills:
Previous experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Early in Career/University Recruiting function
Knowledge of and experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday experience a plus!)
Experience with brand building and engagement using social media

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $26 to $33 per hour. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
