As Site HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of all HR activity across the US. A key member of the Global HR function you will work closely with local and global teams to provide consultative advice and tactical execution of labour relations, performance reviews and career development activity. You will be responsible for oversight of country governance, policies and procedures, and supporting employee engagement and communication.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Carry out the required procedures in dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labour agencies/ authorities
  • Prepare and maintain proper record of all Employee employment documents, including Contract of Service, benefit letters, resignation documents, etc.
  • Maintain and update the Company’s HR policies and procedures
  • Set up and maintain the Employee database system, Employee profiles to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on timely basis. Implement and maintain proper and timely reporting systems/ procedures with the Social and Health Insurance
  • Maintain and regularly update a database of the Government’s rules and regulations with regard to HR and Labour issues and advise the Management promptly on respective changes/ amendments of those rules and regulations
  • Corporate with FIN Dept in monitoring Employees monthly payroll arrangement
  • Provide the Management with insightful feedback on current market remuneration and actively participate in the review and development of the Employee remuneration and benefit package of the Company
  • Handle other Employee welfare matters including Employee functions/ events/ outings etc.
  • Manage all communications with staff in the company on HR related matters and liaise with the internal communications section where necessary
  • Be in charge of Employees Contract of Service/ probation/ confirmation/ contract renewal/ promotion/ disciplinary
  • Handle other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent communication skills – English essential
  • Results driven and solution focused
  • Exemplary planning ability and able to work in fast-paced, time specific environment
  • Flexible, tenacious, positive and resilient approach
  • Previous significant HR experience across various disciplines – recruiting, labour relations and operational HR including performance management
  • Proven track record of managing change within a global organization
