Requirements:

• 3-8 years of technical recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience managing and organizing candidates and communication with an ATS
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in sourcing both active and passive candidates using both traditional and unorthodox means 
• Expertise in evaluating technical skills using open source tools, Github, code snippets, code repositories, etc.

Responsibilities: 

• Adopt Agile as our core recruitment methodology.
• Follow our process and contribute for both technical aptitude and soft skills.
• Drive the recruitment process collaboratively with peers.
• Establish a foundation for candid and direct communications with all candidates. 
• Embrace the unique brands and qualities of our clients and advocate them with authority. 
• Make efforts to learn new technologies, attend meetups, and find self-learning opportunities  
• Harness instincts to rule candidates out of contention who may be misleading or unqualified. 
• Manage candidate notes, history and tasks in our database with great organization. 
• Provide thought-provoking, compelling summary write-ups on candidate submissions.
• Gather feedback and debrief candidates after interviews.
• Perform candidate reference checks.
• Participate in the Colorado community, connecting and elevating others when given the opportunity.
