About This Role

We are rapidly growing our Sales Team and need a full-time recruiting resource to help us hit our hiring goals. In true startup fashion, you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats: managing our talent pipeline and assisting with full-cycle recruiting for our Sales team.

 

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to deeply understand the inner-workings of a company, you will thrive in this role. 

 

Note: We would like this person to either sit in our SF, NYC or Denver office

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate with the VP of Sales and other hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Collaborate with the General & Administrative team on budgets, policies, scheduling, and employer branding initiatives
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan and schedule interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, code challenges and in-person interviews
  • Assist in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Role will be based in either Denver or San Francisco

 

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume sales recruiting
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such search engines, LinkedIn and other online networking communities
  • Experience with sourcing support for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
  • Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
  • Extra bonus points if you've recruited for b2b startups
