Recruiting Manager - Operations & Field
Crusoe is on a mission to help the oil industry eliminate routine flaring of natural gas and reduce the cost of cloud computing and cryptocurrency mining. We build and operate mobile data centers that are deployed into the oil field and powered by natural gas generators that consume gas directly off the wellhead. We are a well funded and fast growing startup with offices in Denver, San Francisco and Williston, North Dakota.
This is a high-impact role requiring demonstrated experience developing recruiting strategies, influencing business partners, and delivering results. The ideal leader possesses the experience and/or passion for recruiting in the corporate space, the ability to think outside of the box, and broad business acumen.
Job Description:
• Create and drive long and short team sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
• Drive the recruiting process by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicant in various departments for employment
• Work with hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
• Provide thought leadership on human capital planning, providing analysis, insights, and pushback to the Executive Team
• Proactively source passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
• Promote the Crusoe brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates
• Serve as an advisor to team managers, jointly crafting new roles and strategies to attract the very best
• Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices, including diversity recruiting and sourcing techniques

• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Lever is a plus)
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s software systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary range: $88k – $113k
