Convercent is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting team. The right person for this role will be passionate about working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment focused on guiding candidates through a top-notch application and interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates for Convercent’s recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Correspond with candidates, prepare hiring managers for interviews and ensure interview schedules are maintained
  • Post and update jobs across various boards and recruiting channels
  • Plan and host recruiting events and coordinate Convercent’s attendance at job fairs
  • Act as point-person throughout the candidate journey to provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Gather feedback from interviewers, initiate background checks and help with onboarding

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience preferably at a high growth tech company with a global reach
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Ability to work well with frequent interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • You are innately curious and constantly wondering what could be better, done differently, or improved
  • The strong desire to make a positive impact on our teammates’ work experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range provided here is just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education. 

  • Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 base salary
  • This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
