We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team as an integral part of Talent Acquisition at SurveyGizmo. You will help drive the recruiting process from beginning to end using our ATS system (Greenhouse) to evaluate resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews and manage the administrative tasks related to the recruiting process. The Recruiting Coordinator builds relationships with candidates and management through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by SurveyGizmo’s core values. This role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and is located in the Boulder, CO office. 

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Assist in coordinating full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Support, Finance, and Engineering teams
  • Regularly consult with hiring managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and various job boards
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media sites (LinkedIn, Built in CO, etc.)
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools as required to assess candidates’ skills
  • Assist in the candidate screening process by coordinating phone, and/or in-person interviews
  • Contact new employees and prepare on-boarding sessions
  • Occasionally attend job fairs and careers events as necessary to find and connect best talent
  • Support other HR functions as needed

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3+ year of talent acquisition experience in an HR or Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Previous experience with ATS systems; Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand technical qualifications
  • Previous work experience in the software industry, research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration or other related jobs is a plus
  • At your best in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at SurveyGizmo
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels including C-Suite
