Job description

We have lofty hiring goals this year and we are looking for a Recruiter to help us find top-tier talent. The majority of our hiring is for accountants at both entry-level and associate experience levels. In this role you will come up with creative solutions to increase our pipeline through postings as well as out bounding to potential candidates to introduce them to Aduro.

The ideal person in this position has a knack for sales and thrives on connecting with people. Candidate experience is something we pride ourselves on and this person will be setting the tone for the interview process by being highly organized, informative, and respectful of candidates. 

Responsibilities

● Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract candidates and maintain a consistent and diverse pipeline for roles.

● Develop a strong college recruiting program with local schools for our entry-level hiring

● Manage candidates from initial outreach to phone interview through the offer stage

● Build diverse talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas

● Apply understanding of Aduro’s business needs and culture to effectively screen candidates via video conference

● Provide weekly updates to stakeholders as to candidate status, pipelines, and hiring strategy

Qualifications & Experience

● 2-4 years relevant experience, preferably experience recruiting for accounting or finance related roles

● Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with the ability to ask for that you need.

● Demonstrated good judgement, discretion and is thoughtful of confidentiality.

● Highly organized, lives by process and takes detailed notes

● Highly responsive with impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a full-time role that will work from our Denver office once COVID restrictions have been lifted.
