SALT Lending operates a blockchain based platform built on the Ethereum network that facilitates the issuance of multi-signature smart contract loans by connecting borrowers to lenders. The company encompasses several business divisions, that includes an innovative loan servicing platform, online marketplace, and asset management unit. In addition, SALT Lending will engage with the underbanked community worldwide by funding a financial inclusion initiative.

We are looking for someone who is excited about building and growing a cutting edge start up company, helping Salt Lending to grow both locally and globally. As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will design, develop, and implement a recruiting strategy, as well as HR development and implementation. You will source, attract, screen, schedule, and work with the Executive Team on hiring candidates for various positions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive, go-get-them attitude, strong attention to detail skills, and will be our brand ambassador and exude our culture. In our rapid-growth environment, successful candidates will easily need to adapt and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/platforms
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Conduct screening interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Prioritize workload and manages multiple time sensitive issues at once

 

Preferred Candidate Experience:

  • This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Ability to to conduct different types of interviews based on various role requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain Technology and cryptocurrencies
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Job Type:
Full-time. Must be from the Great Denver Area or willing to relocate.
