We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is enthusiastic to forge the frontiers of People Operations at our high-growth company. BombBomb’s mission and product is derived from a desire to rehumanize the planet; that humanity must extend to the way we treat and care for each employee. People Operations is just getting started and we have plans to continually improve BombBomb as a place where every person can flourish and grow.
People Operations at BombBomb strives to: create and deliver a positive, even delightful, experience across the entire employee lifecycle, craft and champion efficient people processes, policies, and programs, and ensure the company remains protected and compliant. The People Operations Generalist will perform a full-range of People Ops functions and advise the People Director on best practices related to cutting edge People Operations.
What you will do:
Assist the People Director in defining and refining People Operations to sustain BombBomb as a workplace where people flourish.
Employ your creativity and expertise to continuously enhance People processes and programs, ensuring compliance and a superb employee experience.
Manage the day-to-day operations of employee programs including onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, wellness, compensation, benefits, paid time off and family leave
within 1 month, manage onboarding/orientation
within 2 months, oversee HRIS and health benefit processes
Maintain meticulous employee files/records (electronic and hard copy).
Serve as an equitable employee advocate and resource in resolving conflict and concerns.
Collaborate with company leadership in the development and implementation of various human resource projects.
Provide recommendations on program/policy/system changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis for potential improvements.

Our ideal candidate will be or have…
HR degree and/or PHR/SPHR designations or equivalent experience.
Have at least 4 years of HR/People Operations experience.
Proficiency in iOS/Google/MS Office tools and experience working with an HRIS, Paylocity preferred.
Enthusiasm for supporting a fast-paced, growing company and its hard-working employees.
Hands-on professional with a proven knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compliance with federal and state laws, compensation and benefit administration.
Communicate thoughtfully, clearly and tactfully; prepare quality documents/presentations.
Careful and discrete with sensitive matters/PII.
Work effectively and respectfully with people at every level of the organization.
Manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes, changing priorities.
