Gtmhub is seeking an awesome People Operations Coordinator with 1-3+ years experience to join the team and help continue to level-up our People Ops function.

This position is remote-friendly. We are currently working on a hybrid basis, with many folks working entirely from home. Our preference is for candidates in/near Denver, our US HQ, but we will consider applicants from anywhere in the US.

The Role

Your primary role as People Ops Coordinator will be to support the ongoing operations of all things People. Your remit will span the entire team member life cycle and will play a key role in helping to maintain and continue to improve the experience of working at Gtmhub. Reporting to the Head of People and Talent, you'll be the go-to person for team member questions, new team member onboarding, team events, benefits and payroll questions, HRIS management, and more. This is an excellent position for a driven, motivated, organized people person with the desire to learn and grow in an all-encompassing People role.

The Nitty Gritty

As People Ops Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage global onboarding and offboarding, iterating and improving processes to ensure top-notch operations
  • Manage and update People Ops templates and process documentation
  • Support with onboarding and training of new people hires
  • Be the go-to resource for general team member questions
  • Keep our HRIS (BambooHR) updated, assisting with reporting as necessary
  • Coordinate team member events and team happiness initiatives across geo-locations
  • Support with employer branding initiatives, proactively brainstorming opportunities for improvement
  • Support with benefits enrollment and administration; document, track and manage across locations
  • Track and manage payroll changes; support with payroll onboarding and I9 verification
  • Track and manage paid leave within HRIS and payroll systems
  • Assist with culture, L+D, DEI, and other people ops initiatives as required


What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • 1-3+ years experience in a similar role in HR or People Operations, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment
  • Passion for creating an awesome team member experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and a knack for process improvement
  • Enviable organization and time-management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments where the answer is not always known; you'll be helping us to create and implement strong processes and will play a key role in helping mature us from where we are to where we want to be
  • A results-driven mindset and a care for metrics (we are in the OKR space, after all!)

Location

Our Denver team is small but mighty and growing, currently around 30. We have ~70 team members across the rest of the US, and our remaining crew spans the UK, Germany, France, Bulgaria, and beyond. Our Denver office is located in the heart of downtown, on 16th & Welton.
