P2Binvestor (P2Bi) is looking for an Office Manager/Admin Assistant to join our great organization! We are a staff of 31 positive, lively and driven characters who love to work hard and have fun doing it! Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Office Manager will captain our front desk, keep the office supplied and tidy and serve as the first impression for P2Bi for anyone who walks through the door.  

The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented and will also have the opportunity to take on projects to help other teams across the organization as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career along with a growing organization – our current Office Manager is moving to another position within the company, so we really mean it when we say we want our employees to grow and succeed at P2Bi!    

The right person will have at least one year of administrative experience and the ability to maintain a helpful, “of course I’d love to help you!” attitude at all times. We are looking for a team player who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment and as Office Manager can commit to be present in the office from ~8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 5 days a week.

  • Answer phone and greet customers   

  • Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner   

  • Basic administrative assistance, bookkeeping and clerical duties   

  • Assist with meeting needs such as booking conference rooms, schedule meetings via Outlook and ordering meals   

  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail   

  • Assist with planning company functions   

  • Order office supplies   

  • Work directly with the Chief of Staff to make sure P2Bi’s office atmosphere and events follow the company's core values   



  • At least one year of administrative experience in a professional setting   

  • BS or BA   

  • Business professional with great listening and communication skills   

  • Love to laugh, empathetic and take pride and ownership of positive office atmosphere   

  • Proven ability to prioritize his/her own work and work independently with minimal supervision   

  • Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential materials   

  • Have an "I'm here and happy to help" attitude in every interaction
