KPA’s Vera HR Software exists to help organizations streamline and automate workforce management. The combination of the Vera HR Software and the expert advice of KPA’s HR Consultant delivers the solutions needed to train employees, tackle compliance issues, and effectively manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
As an HR Consultant you will:
- The HR Consultant is a Subject Matter Expert in both the effective use of the Vera HR platform and HR best practices. The HR Consultant assists clients in defining their workforce management practices and assist in configuring and utilizing the Vera HR software.
- The HR Consultant will provide ongoing account management for assigned accounts including providing Quarterly Business reviews to ensure that clients are fully engaging with the software, and to keep clients informed of upcoming changes to both the software and HR regulations that may effect their business.
- The HR Consultant staffs the “Ask the HR Expert” helpdesk answering a variety of HR questions which will require the ability to use a variety of research tools, consultation with fellow HR consultant and KPA’s legal counsel to answer question quickly and accurately. The questions cover the full range of workforce management issues, including but not limited to harassment investigations, WC claims management, wage and hour audits, leave management, appropriate ADA accommodations etc…
Compensation
- The salary for this role is between $60,000- and $70,000 annualized depending on qualifications and experience
- Bonus Potential of 10%
- To be successful the HR Consultant brings strong practical knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices and procedures and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective solutions for clients. Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) will be obtained within the first year of employment with KPA.
