What you’ll do: 

HomeAdvisor is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This is a new role and will partner with the new HRIS manager to build the HRIS structure. The HRIS Analyst will focus on executing the HRIS strategy and bringing it to life. This position will ideally be based in our Denver HQ, but if you are looking for remote work and meet the following qualifications, please apply!

  • In partnership with the HRIS Manager, create a role governance structure that defines system access and user roles. 
  • Build out and manage security and audit processes to ensure ANGI is adhering to SOX and audit compliance. 
  • Point of contact for all reporting: design, build, maintain/iterate 
  • Manage data requests and simple system configuration. 
  • Create job aids, FAQs, and training to better equip end-users and enable self-service. 
  • Responsible for data integrity and accuracy within HRIS by conducting data audits and evaluation. 
  • General administration of system 
  • Create partnerships and work in alignment with Payroll, Recruiting, HR, IT 
  • Works with IT to stay abreast of the latest technology and identifies/recommends how to leverage these to increase productivity, access to information, and ease of use for employees. 
  • Work closely with the vendor to manage cases and system enhancements.  

Who you are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with administration and development of UltiPro.   
  • Skilled at Cognos reporting 
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. 
  • Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously. 
  • Focus on customer service and working effectively with multiple people, departments and levels within the organization.
