We are seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist. As a member of the HR team, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of our recruiting and on boarding functions.

Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of the recruitment and on boarding processes
• Building strong working relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
• Partnering with hiring managers to develop proactive hiring strategies
• Providing support and advice to hiring managers demonstrating knowledge and subject matter expertise based on technology disciplines
• Vendor relationship management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Significant experience with full life cycle recruiting with specialist knowledge of Software Development and Product Engineering segments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business talent needs
• Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and flexibly while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of levels of candidates and clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
