You in The Role and on The Team: You are a key member of the HR team. You will be coordinating the new hire experience, managing HRIS data, and working closely with building operations to support the safety and wellness of TalentReef employees. You'll play a key role in continuing our world-class employee experience making TalentReef a great place to work! A Day in the Life

• Partner with the Human Resources Team to provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation for employees.
• Maintains the company HRIS system, ensuring compliance and data integrity. This includes processing new hires, terminations, and employee status changes, and writing and generating reports/queries for data analysis and integrity.
• Organize all HR department records and employment files.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, leading new hire orientation program for all US employees.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers, acting as liaison with building management regarding security, services, maintenance, and safety.
• Provide general overall facility management services, including coordination of parking and building access cards for employees, kitchen supply ordering and stocking, and ordering of office supplies.
• Initiate process improvements, identify issues, and make suggestions to enhance the employee lifecycle process.

Key success factors

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer supporting role; Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience in HR operations preferred
• You maintain a high level of confidentiality keeping sensitive information private.
• Your work style is productive and collaborative with team members to ultimately provide an extraordinary customer experience
• You develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• You are an effective, confident, and articulate communicator, both written and verbal
• You always deliver with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity

The Salary: $40,000-60,000
