We are looking for a Head of Recruiting to join our People team in Miami, FL or Denver, CO.

Main tasks:

  • Drive our recruiting strategy and develop an ongoing pipeline of top talents to support our ambitious growth plans
  • Design and implement efficient state-of-the-art recruiting processes and employer branding concepts by using proven methods as well as industry best practices and trends
  • Develop an innovative end-to-end candidate experience for diverse target groups
  • Work in close collaboration with all teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance and tech) to understand their needs and support them with excellent hiring decisions
  • Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our management team with your strong business understanding and passion for people
  • Manage, develop and guide the recruiting team in the U.S. on a professional and personal level
  • Drive and manage company-wide as well as global people projects
  • Take over operational responsibility for Executive Recruiting

Your profile:

  • 6+ years of broad recruiting experience
  • A successful track-record demonstrating experience and competency in executing a state-of-the-art recruiting strategy for a global company as well as delivering on challenging hiring plans
  • Deep expertise in social media, active search, recruiting platforms, and employer brand best practices and trends
  • Excellent project management as well as analytic and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to design and implement recruiting processes
  • A motivated, communicative person with a passion and ability to inspire people as well as to build and grow the business
  • Drive to get out of the comfort zone and try new things in a frequent manner
