Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will join an HR team that also includes leaders from Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, HR Operations (incl. HR Technology) & Benefits. In this role, you will develop and lead an evolving HR Business Partner function - including one direct report internationally - and lead it to provide a new level of strategic, proactive, progressive partnering in our growing global organization. As a mid-sized company, nearing 600 employees worldwide, your influence won't be confined to one small box; you will be an integrated HR leader, helping guide, grow and enhance the entire function.

Specifically, you will establish, influence and oversee all aspects of the HR Business Partner activities globally, providing advice on a wide range of issues related to the development and management of diverse regions around the world. To be successful in this role, we'll look to you to ensure this critical function acts as a strategic business partner to departments across the organization, as well as the rest of the HR. In addition, you will:

  • Teach us a thing or two we don't already know
  • Embrace the HR team's commitment to performance, development, and collaboration
  • Bring a high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with senior leaders

  • Keep your sense of humor handy and enjoy what you do

Not only do we offer strong growth opportunities for top performers, but we also have a top-notch culture, benefits (check them out below) and more.
