The Role

Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Professional Services team in Denver. You’ll play a critical role in custom solution design and development working on behalf of high value customers needing functionality that is not native to the monday.com platform. This includes systems integrations, custom automations, and data migrations.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Denver office.


About The Role:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain new features answering our top-notch client's requirements
  • Plan your iteration's scope in an Agile environment
  • Develop custom applications on monday.com platform while taking full ownership from design to deployment
  • Perform code reviews for external developer subcontractors
  • Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment
  • Work closely with different client-facing teams (Professional Services, Customer Success, Implementation Consultant)

Requirements


  • Experience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing
  • 5+ years of previous experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React
  • Previous experience in Full-stack development
  • Client-centric understanding and passion for building software that provides a great experience
  • Willingness to work independently and learn new skills
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on quality and simplicity

For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000-$175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
