We’re looking for a Vice President, Accounting who will lead global accounting and compliance at the company. 

About You

• Experience scaling finance and accounting systems and processes, particularly implementing / scaling / streamlining order-to-cash processes
• Highly organized; demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated success hiring, managing, mentoring, and motivating high-performance teams
• Experience in high-growth private equity backed companies a plus
• International experience a strong plus
• M&A experience a plus
• CPA required

What You'll Do

• Timely and accurate financial reporting including financial statements and internal and external reporting
• Design, implement, and maintain appropriate financial controls, systems, and procedures
• Mentor, lead, and develop growing accounting and finance team
• Oversee ‘deal desk’ customer sales order creation, approval, and processing
• Provide analysis and recommendations to executive leadership team to guide business decisions and strategy
• Lead internal and external audits, investor reporting and treasury strategy /activities
• You will be the technical accounting resource for BetterCloud
• Serve as lead in establishing international operations and driving international tax and compliance strategy.
• Guide all compensation planning across the company
• Oversee all tax compliance and tax benefit programs
