Stock Plan Administrator
Freshworks is looking for a dynamic Senior Stock Plan Administrator to support our global stock plans. You will lead and manage the administration of our global broad-based equity programs and associated systems. Freshworks is a high growth company and your contributions will help shape how we build the global equity function. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and can be based out of our Denver, CO office or San Mateo, CA HQ.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily administration of our global equity incentive plans and act as the primary point person for equity related tasks, projects, employee queries, and management of our equity systems.
Perform accurate processing of employee stock option grants, exercises, employee terminations, and participant account updates.
Support global mobility tracking and RSU release processing.
Compile reports to provide accurate equity reporting to our important collaborators including payroll, accounting, tax and mobility teams.
Maintain integrity of data in our online equity platform. Perform periodic review and reconciliations of equity transactions and participant data.
Develop partnerships with accounting, legal, and HR teams on relevant equity issues and disclosures.
Develop employee communication and educational programs, including presentations, responding to employee inquiries, creating training/educational materials, and managing an internal stock administration queue.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and collaborators.
Support Total Rewards strategies and participate in compensation projects e.g establishing global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and semi-annual enrollment and purchases.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Stock Plan Administrator (or similar position) in a public company setting
Strong experience with global equity plans and the associated tax issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a high growth, collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
CEP certification
